Bar Grating Fasteners

Bar grating fasteners are safety-relevant connecting elements that permanently and standard-compliantly secure steel bar gratings to their bearer profiles. Whether on walkways, stair landings, industrial floors or drainage channels – correct fastening prevents the grating from shifting or lifting under load, thereby protecting both personnel and equipment.

The Metallfix product range covers fastening solutions for all common mesh pitches (15 mm to 68 mm) and bearer profile types: angle sections, flat steel, square and rectangular hollow sections, and I- and U-beams. All products are hot-dip galvanised to EN ISO 1461 or, optionally, in stainless steel 1.4571 for particularly corrosive environments.

Fastening sets comply with DIN 24537 and include top part, bottom part and bolt – supplied ready for installation. For tenders and safety-critical installations, material test certificates to EN 10204 (3.1) are available on request.
