Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and displayed transparently at checkout.
Shipping is generally via Deutsche Post Warenpost or DHL Paket . For international shipments within the European Union, we use international Warenpost or DHL.
For orders over €40.00 , we offer free shipping within Germany and the European Union , unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Optionally, premium shipping can be added at checkout. This shipping method includes shipment tracking.
Shipping service provider
Depending on the shipping method and destination country, our shipments are sent via the following service providers:

Freight forwarders or other suitable shipping service providers (for larger or heavier shipments)
Processing time
The processing time is usually 1-2 working days after receipt of the order.
The decisive factor is the respective order time up to 22:00 (CET) .
Delivery times
The following delivery times generally apply after receipt of payment:

Germany: approx. 2–4 working days

European Union: approx. 3–9 working days

Other countries: approx. 7–14 working days
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method, destination country and chosen shipping package.
When selecting premium shipping, shipment tracking is included in the service.
