Application Area

The fastening set SET 0531 M8×70 is designed for the permanent, detachable securing of bar gratings on steel support structures. The longer bolt (70 mm) makes this set particularly suitable for elevated substructures and thicker beam profiles. Applications: walkways, cover gratings, industrial platforms, stair landings, and maintenance paths.

Assembly Principle

The top clamp part is placed from above onto the bearing bar of the bar grating. The bottom part engages from below into the beam profile of the substructure. The M8×70 bolt with square nut transmits the clamping force and secures the bar grating in a form-fit manner. The connection is detachable at any time for maintenance access.
