1️⃣ Product description

The fastening set SET 0531 is a pre-assembled steel grating fastening set for securely fixing gratings to load-bearing substructures.
The set is suitable for gratings with a mesh size of 33/34 mm , a bar spacing of at least 26 mm and is designed for grating heights up to 50 mm .

The combination of the upper clamp part, matching lower part and pre-assembled screw connection ensures a secure form fit and even force transmission to the grating.
The assembly is carried out using a hexagon screw DIN 933 M8×70 in conjunction with a square nut DIN 557 M8 , thus achieving a stable and detachable fastening.

The fastening kit is manufactured according to technical specifications and, due to its robust construction, is ideally suited for use in industrial plants, steel construction, walkways, and maintenance and service areas.
All components are hot-dip galvanized according to DIN EN ISO 1461 and offer increased corrosion protection for indoor and outdoor use.
