1️⃣ Product description

The fastening set SET 0532 is a pre-assembled steel grating fastening set for securely fixing gratings to load-bearing substructures.
The set is suitable for press-locked gratings and welded press-locked gratings with a mesh size of 33/34 mm (corresponds to a nominal size of 30×30 mm) and a bar spacing of at least 23 mm .

The design is specifically intended for grate heights up to 40 mm .
The combination of upper part 5 , lower part 47 (32N) and the pre-assembled screw connection ensures a secure positive fit and uniform force transmission.

The assembly is carried out using a hexagon screw DIN 933 M8×60 in conjunction with a square nut DIN 557 M8 and enables a stable, detachable fastening in industrial applications.

All components are hot-dip galvanized according to DIN EN ISO 1461 and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

⚠️ Grating fixings are not currently subject to CE standards and must be used according to the specific application and applicable legal regulations.
