Product Description - Top Part 14, hot-dip galvanised
The Top Part 14 is a precision-manufactured clamp-type top part made of steel, used as the upper component in a bar grating fastening system.
It is specifically designed for press-locked and press-welded gratings with a mesh pitch of 50 / 51 mm. This makes it specifically suited for coarse-mesh grating structures in industrial environments.
The defined bearing surface on the grating ensures reliable force transfer and a stable fixing of the bar grating to the substructure. The geometry is designed to avoid local stress peaks and distribute the load evenly.
The component is suitable for a bearing bar spacing of at least 31 mm and is thus particularly optimised for robust, industrially used bar gratings.
The central hole is designed for assembly with hex head screws DIN 933 M8 and enables secure, lasting bolted connections even under high mechanical loads.
The component is manufactured to technical drawing and, thanks to its stable design, is optimally suited for use in:

The surface is hot-dip galvanised to DIN EN ISO 1461 and provides reliable corrosion protection even under demanding environmental conditions.
