The Top Part 29 is a precision-manufactured universal disc-type top clamp made of steel, used as the upper component in a bar grating fastening system.

It is specifically designed for press-locked and press-welded gratings and is suitable for mesh pitches of 19 to 45 mm. This covers a particularly wide application range and enables flexible, secure fastening of a wide variety of grating types.

The component's slightly raised bearing surface on the grating ensures even force transfer, while the top surface remains functional and visually clean. This design improves load distribution and reduces point loads on the bar grating.

The component is suitable for a bearing bar spacing of at least 10 mm and can therefore be reliably used even with finer grating structures.

The central hole is designed for assembly with hex head screws DIN 933 M8 and ensures a robust, lasting bolted connection even under high mechanical loads.

The component is manufactured to technical drawing and, thanks to its stable and versatile design, is optimally suited for use in:
