The Top Part 4 is a precision-manufactured disc-type top clamp made of steel, used as the upper component in a bar grating fastening system.

It is specifically designed for press-locked and press-welded gratings with a mesh pitch of 33 / 34 mm and is particularly suitable for the typical mesh apertures of 30 x 30 mm and 40 x 40 mm.

The component features an integrated drainage hole, which allows targeted drainage of rainwater or cleaning water, helping to prevent standing water and corrosion risks.

In addition, the top part is equipped with anti-slip ribbing. This increases slip resistance, improves load transfer, and ensures a stable connection between the top part and bar grating - particularly in walkable areas.

The component is suitable for a bearing bar spacing of at least 30 mm and is thus optimally matched to coarser grating structures.

The central hole is designed for assembly with hex head screws DIN 933 M8 and ensures a robust, lasting bolted connection even under high mechanical loads.

The component is manufactured to technical drawing and, thanks to its functional and load-bearing design, is particularly suitable for use in:
