Product Description - Top Part 86, Hole 7.5 mm

The Top Part 86 with Hole 7.5 mm is a precision-manufactured disc-type top clamp made of steel, used as the upper component in a bar grating fastening system.

It is specifically designed for GRP gratings, press-locked gratings, and press-welded gratings with a mesh pitch of 22 / 25 mm and is suitable for a bearing bar spacing of at least 18 mm.

Thanks to its flat disc geometry, the component has a very low profile above the grating. This creates a visually clean surface, reduces trip hazards, and improves walkability in safety-critical areas.

The central through-hole of Ø 7.5 mm is designed for assembly with M6 countersunk screws to DIN 7991 / ISO 10642. This creates a flush, form-fit connection that reliably performs even under high mechanical loads.

The component is manufactured to technical drawing and, thanks to its compact and load-bearing design, is optimally suited for use in:
