Product Description

The Bottom Part 40 is a precision-manufactured bottom clamp component made of steel, used as the lower component within a bar grating fastening system.

It is specifically designed for press-locked and press-welded gratings and serves as a double clamp for connecting two bar gratings with a mesh pitch of 11 to 66 mm. This covers a very wide range of grating variants and enables secure, form-fit fixing to the substructure.

The thoughtfully designed bending geometry allows accommodation of multiple bearing bars, making the component versatile and ensuring even load distribution across the bar grating.

Assembly is carried out using M8 bolts. The bottom part is designed for robust, lasting bolted connections and is also suitable for applications with high mechanical loads.

The component is manufactured to technical drawing and, thanks to its compact and load-bearing design, is optimally suited for use in:
