Product Description
The Top Part 23 is a precision-manufactured clamp-type top part made of steel, used as the upper component in a bar grating fastening system.
It is designed for mounting over two cross bars and is specifically suitable for gratings with a mesh aperture of at least 30 mm and a cross bar pitch of maximum 12 mm.
The defined bending contour and centrally positioned through-hole ensure reliable fastening to the bar grating and secure force transfer to the substructure.
The hole is designed for assembly with countersunk socket head screws DIN 7991 M8 and provides a flush, surface-level bolted connection.
The component is manufactured to technical drawing and, thanks to its robust design, is ideally suited for use in industrial plant systems, steel construction, walkways, platforms, and maintenance and service areas.
The finish is stainless steel 1.4571 and provides reliable corrosion resistance even under demanding and chemically aggressive environmental conditions.
Bar grating fasteners are currently not subject to CE standards and must be used in accordance with the respective application requirements and applicable legal regulations.
