Product Description
The Top Part 23 is a precision-manufactured top clamp component made of steel, used as the upper component within a bar grating fastening system.
It is designed for mounting over two cross bars and is specifically suitable for bar gratings with a mesh aperture of at least 30 mm and a cross bar pitch of maximum 12 mm.
The defined bending contour and the centrally positioned through-bore enable reliable fastening to the bar grating and secure force transmission to the substructure.
The bore is designed for assembly with countersunk socket head screws DIN 7991 M8 and ensures a flush-fitting bolted connection.
The component is manufactured to technical drawing and is ideally suited by its robust design for use in industrial plant systems, structural steelwork, walkways, platforms, and maintenance and service areas.
The finish is hot-dip galvanised to DIN EN ISO 1461 and provides reliable corrosion protection even under demanding environmental conditions.
